Are there any cheap plane tickets out there??

Lately, since cheap travel is almost not possible and travelers have been flying less frequently yet the airfare is still high, I've been wondering if maybe there will be some last minute cheap air line tickets on business and first class tickets if no one is buying them. If you book well in advance as used to be a good idea, you will get totally worked over for first class tickets.
